Chai and all the Tea with Teal Shoop

We're starting off the new year with this really calming and encouraging episode with our guest, Master Empowerment Coach Teal Shoop about the wonderful joys of a good cup of tea. This was a lovely conversation that touches on working through what you are dealing with and being your best self. We hope that is helps start your year off right.

CW: Grief, depression, suicide ideation

Teal says:

As a little background about me, I’m all about helping women raise their frequency, step into their power, and connect with their authentic self, their Goddess self in order to live a life they love and thrive. As a recovered people pleaser, perfectionist, overachiever (who spent years off and on in depression and even several suicidal episodes), it is my mission to help as many women as possible move beyond their limitations, suffering, and whatever is holding them back so they can live their desires. Our desires are our birthright, and inspired by my 22 month old daughter, it breaks my heart to think of any woman (or anyone else) ever experiencing even a fraction of the darkness I’ve gone through…and come out the other side of. 😊
