Lessons from 80s Movies with Chris Clews

Join motivational speaker Chris Clews as we talk about the lessons we can learn from the myriad of 80s movies, including John Hughes and beyond!

Chris is a keynote speaker, author and ‘80s pop culture guy. Growing up in the '80s and with over 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, Chris knew 3 things very well – '80s pop culture, business and this thing we call life. He left corporate marketing to become a keynote speaker and author. He's spoken to organizations like VISA, Duke Health, University of Florida, Penn Medicine, DHL, and more. His keynote is titled “Everything I Need To Know (For Life and Work), I Learned from ‘80s Pop Culture” and as an author created the book series, The Ultimate Series on Essential Work & Life Lessons from ‘80s Pop Culture, which has 3 volumes.

He's passionate about animal rescue and donates a portion of the proceeds from his book sales and speaking events to Wonder Paws rescue, which saved his pit-mix, Bodhi. He lives by the quote from the poet laureate, Ferris Bueller, when he said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop to look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
